Creative Production Control (CPC) is a free online diagnostic tool that helps you identify, measure and anticipate the main sources of risk exposure in an audiovisual or creative production project, before the GO.

What is Creative Production Control?

The CPC is a risk diagnostic tool designed to reveal the points of vigilance of a creative production before they become problems. It is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers: your answers are used to assess the level of exposure of your project to production risks.

It is based on a professional assessment grid built from field experience, created by Slim Larnaout from his own method and his international experience in production, post-production and visual communication.
